2 cups of fresh mango (3-4 mangoes)
2 cups of flipflop® Moscato
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup fresh lime juice (5-6 limes)
1 cup water
Peel and cube mangoes and put them into a food processor.
Juice limes over a small stainless steel strainer. (This will keep the pulp out, and keep the sorbet smooth.)
Add the Moscato, sugar, lime juice and water to the food processor and blend for one to two minutes.
Once the mixture is completely smooth, pour it into an ice cream maker and follow your manual instructions for making sorbet.
***I have a Cuisinart 2 qt. Ice Cream Maker, and I mixed the sorbet for 25 minutes, then poured it into containers and let it set for another hour in the freezer.
