Warm up your winter with this sweet and delicious boozy hot cocoa.
- 1/2 part flipflop Cabernet Sauvignon
- 1 part milk
- 3 tsp unsweetened dark cocoa powder
- 5 tsp brown sugar
- 1 dash cinnamon
Bring wine to a simmer over low heat. In a bowl, combine cocoa powder with sugar, add 2 or 3 Tbsp of milk and stir well to combine. When it’s nicely combined add the rest of the milk, stir well and add over the wine. Bring to a boil, while whisking from time to time. Pour into two serving cups and enjoy!
